The TLA-55 Fixed-Angle Rotor Package is an aluminum fixed-angle rotor designed for high-speed ultracentrifugation applications, including rapid pelleting of nucleic acid precipitates from 1.5 mL tubes. It supports high rotational speeds and is intended for use with compatible benchtop and personal ultracentrifuges.
- Maximum speed: 55,000 rpm (186,000 xg).
- Capacity: 12 x 1.5 mL tubes (11 x 38 mm tube dimension), nominal capacity 18 mL.
- Rotor angle: 45 degrees.
- Material: aluminum construction for high-strength performance.
- Suitable for rapid pelleting of nucleic acid precipitates and other small-volume preparations.
- Compatible with selected benchtop and personal ultracentrifuge models; check equipment compatibility before use.
